Ciao a tuttƏ,

Siamo Tessa, Elina e Michaela.
Ci siamo unite e trovate 5 anni fa per condividere uno spazio, un luogo per lavorare, creare e produrre. Un coworking dove ciascuna può trovare il proprio rifugio, la propria comfort zone, il proprio posto.

Era quello che desideravamo, ognuna per diversi motivi, ma questo spazio riusciva e riesce a colmare i nostri bisogni.

Dopo poco tempo è diventato uno spazio che ha iniziato ad aprire le sue porte alla gente, ha iniziato a presentare anche le idee di altre persone. Ha iniziato a dare spazio sul palcoscenico a progetti che altrimenti sarebbero rimasti nel cassetto. E alla gente sembrava piacesse e tuttora piace.

Abbiamo iniziato ad avere un calendario, una serie di eventi. Gli allestimenti sono il cuore di questo luogo, ogni evento è diverso, non ci sono posti fissi, c’è flessibilità e diversità.

Dopo due anni ricchi di eventi, spettacoli, musica, cortometraggi, mostre e workshop, la strada era una: formalizzare questa situazione, per una serie di motivi: per tutelare chi viene, chi è ospite e noi tre, formalizzare la nostra responsabilità verso la città, verso il vicinato e lƏ artistƏ.

Siamo diventate quindi un’associazione.

A fine Aprile del 2024 abbiamo compiuto il primo anno di questo percorso, abbiamo fatto un resoconto e siamo ancora nella fase di valutazione.

La situazione che vogliamo condividere con tutti voi è che lo spazio è cresciuto tanto, il suo destino è diverso, ora é un luogo di ospitalità per artisti, progetti e idee.
E noi siamo appassionate, gasate e cariche per continuare a dare.

Il nostro impegno è aumentato, i nostri compiti sono sempre più complicati come l’amministrazione dell’associazione, le nostre riunioni, le pulizie e la manutenzione dello spazio, il fornimento delle nostre birre, l’allestimento per ogni
progetto, la comunicazione tramite i social e le newsletter, il tempo, etc.

Le nostre entrate si basano solamente su:

-le tessere dellƏ nostrƏ socƏ
-Il nostro modesto bar con l’aperitivo
-le offerte per l’artistƏ vanno direttamente e al completo all’artistƏ assieme ad un compenso che abbiamo concordato prima.

Le nostre spese sono: affitto, energia e bollette, assicurazione spazio, assicurazione volontari, Internet, forniture (carta, sapone, detersivi, lampadine etc), investimento sugli artisti, SIAE, domain name e sito, imprevisti.
Rispettiamo il lavoro di chi produce e sempre offriamo quello che possiamo, aggiungendo in tutti i modi possibili posti da dormire (di solito nelle nostre case), pasti, biglietti dei treni o spese degli spostamenti.

Per questo ogni volta che prendi una birra da noi non prendi solo i 33cl di birra
ma sostieni lo spazio e ci aiuti ad esistere.

Hello everyone,

We are Tessa, Elina, and Michaela.
We came together and found each other five years ago to share a space, a place to work, create, and produce. A coworking space where each of us could find our own refuge, comfort zone, and place.

It was what we desired, each one for different reasons, but this space managed, and still manages, to meet our needs.

Soon after, it became a space that began to open its doors to others, to showcase the ideas of others. It started giving a stage to projects that would have otherwise remained hidden. And people seemed to like it, and they still do.

We began to have a schedule, a series of events. The setups are the heart of this place; every event is different. There are no fixed spots, but flexibility and diversity.

After two years full of events, shows, music, short films, exhibitions, and workshops, the path was clear: formalize this situation for a number of reasons — to protect those who come, those who are guests, and us three; to formalize our responsibility towards the city, the neighborhood, and the artists.

Thus, we became an association.

At the end of April 2024, we celebrated our first year on this journey. We took stock and are still in the evaluation phase.

The situation we want to share with all of you is that the space has grown so much, its destiny has changed. Now it’s a place for hosting artists, projects, and ideas.
And we are passionate, excited, and eager to keep giving.

Our commitment has increased, and our tasks are becoming more complex, like managing the association, holding our meetings, cleaning and maintaining the space, stocking our beers, setting up for each project, communicating through social media and newsletters, finding time, etc.

Our income comes only from:

• Membership fees from our members
• Our modest bar with aperitifs
• Donations for the artist, which go directly and entirely to the artist, along with a fee that we agree on beforehand.

Our expenses include: rent, utilities and bills, space insurance, volunteer insurance, internet, supplies (paper, soap, cleaning products, light bulbs, etc.), investment in artists, SIAE fees, domain name and website, unforeseen costs.
We respect the work of those who create and always offer what we can, adding in every possible way places to sleep (usually in our homes), meals, train tickets, or travel expenses.

That’s why every time you buy a beer from us, you’re not just getting 33cl of beer; you’re supporting the space and helping us continue to exist.
